Work.

When I left school I knew I didn’t want to go to college as it didn’t interest me not earning money. So I went round my village my local town and handed out so many cvs nothing was done on computer apart from the boots job.

I had a shift trail at mothercare on Southampton road, was the weirdest work trail ever😂 had to try sell a pram and show how it worked even though I had no clue I was 15😂 then we had to try sell certain products to each other without even knowing the sex of the baby 🤷🏼‍♀️

I also had a shift trail at bhs for 3 hours and they never paid me💁🏼‍♀️ But it was just to learn the shop floor and the tills. It was so hot and stuffy in there I doubt I would of gone back anyway. It’s now closed and gone bankrupt 😂 so unlucky. Karma sucks.

i then applied for my local co-op – I managed to get a contract for 8 hours a week. I did over 20 hours a week sometimes 30. All depended on what as  available. I usually got the 11-8 shift which was shit. And I did ever Sunday for a year. Anyway while I was still working their I met so many lovely people and made plenty of friends. Was such a laugh with the night shift people made work not feel like work. Worked their for over 1 and a half years then I found lloyds pharmacy.

i started lloyds pharmacy in March 2013 and it was something I wanted to do for a long time because I wanted to learn on the job! I think I hassled the manager for 4 months 🤷🏼‍♀️😂  I learnt so much and made such lovely friends staff felt like family which was amazing. They are such hard working girls and deserve a medal. I was contracted 37 hours and worked one Saturday a month which was perfect.

Things I learnt and exams I passed.

HCA – I became a health care assistant.

Quite for life couch.  Help people give up smoking and support them.

Blood Pressure  –

Diabete checks.

Cholesterol checks.

Vitality checks.

Dementia friends- qualified .

banking/cashing up

planograms – which I loved doing 🙌🏼

Date checks, stock checks.

basically I loved my job and all the staff and customers!

I am now on  maternity leave and due to go back in January but now I moved away travel is going to be a nightmare🙄 so don’t no what to do.
