As the days get darker, and the weather gets colder Halloween approach’s and for the first time in my life I decided I wanted to go pumpkin picking with m daughter and my mother.
It’s such a lovely idea and so many different types of pumpkins I have ever seen!
It was a free to enter the farm, and they had a line of wheelbarrows, one side was all cut and ready to go.
But if you didn’t want any of those on the left hand side was plenty more that they where willing to cut for you.
It wasn’t to busy when we went which was perfect as I wanted to get some photos of my daughter in the pumpkin field.
We was on the hunt for one MASSIVE one because I was planning on putting her in one💁🏼♀️ as you do.
So me and my mum went on the hunt for the best and the biggest we could find! On the way down the line we found some lovely medium sized ones and some tiny ones which we clearly had to get because..
why the hell not🤷🏼♀️😂
we managed to find a really good sized pumpkin and it was perfect!
We took them to the lady to pay and we had to guess roughly how much before hand as they had a chart. It came to £12.50 which I thought was a right bargain for 3 big ones and 4 little ones.
Took them back to my parents house and I started to carve the huge pumpkin!

I think i did a darn good job🤗
So then I asked my dad if her could take some proper photos as he used to do photography for a job back in the day..
Here was the outcome..

was well chuffed with these!!!
She did get slightly stuck when trying to get her right leg out, but that’s all part of the fun🙄😂
We then chilled at my parents house, had fish and chips for tea; I had sausage and chips and phoebe tried some to.
Was such a lovely day and I’m glad the weather held out for us!
Hope see you here again soon
