We recently have done a few things new for phoebe and I thought I’d share with you our little trips.
Our first trip was to a garden centre which had all their Christmas display out and I can safely say i was very excited and got a bit Christmas mad🤯
Phoebe loved all the bright lights and the lit up houses.
We took her out the pram and showed her the elf hut and the MASSIVE reindeers. She wasn’t scared one bit she even gave them a pull 🙄😂
We then stopped for some lunch we chose to have turkey roast and she had some roasted parsnip, carrot, potato and tiny bit of turkey oh and don’t forget the gravy!
She also had some of her Ella’s kitchen puffs as we don’t leave the house without any anymore 😂
After lunch we popped her back into the pram and went round one more time. This time round I got some decorations and got phoebe a little elf which we have named buddy and he comes everywhere with us now she loves him so much 😂
I also got her a first Christmas bauble,😍 took me a while to find it but it’s beautiful!
They had a fish shop next door so also took her inside their to see the fishy’s and all the colourful tanks. Wasn’t to interested but passed some time before going home.
She slept on the way their and on the way home which was great so she didn’t miss out on anything.
Such a lovely day out.
Her second first was the oceanarium in Bournemouth. I can safely say it was worth £12.50 each😱
I nearly had a heart attack when he said how much mine and my husband tickets was😂
Anyway I said we need to make this last over a hour or I will cry😂
We took the carrier out with us as I knew it had steps.
So we parked the buggy and my husband strapped up and carried her around!
SHEEE loved it being out and seeing the world from our hight.
She loved all the big, little and scary fish!
We timed it well and saw the otters and penguins at feeding time which was fab!
So I felt I got my moneys worth 🙌🏼
Part of the building was closed as it’s having a refurb so we didn’t get to go through the tunnel with all the fish flying above us which we was so gutted about and wish they would of reduced the price as that’s the main part 🤷🏼♀️
So my husband was gutted as he didn’t see any sharks or the big turtle😔
We then collected our pram and headed to the gift shop and got her a key ring 🙄 boring I no but just something we can pop in her memory box.
We then headed to the seaside and she was drifting off and slept for over a hour. We decided to pop to primark to get some christening bits for ourselves.
Other half got a suit and I managed to get some boots, a top and a belt 🙌🏼
Finally sorted ourselves out 😂
We then went for lunch in the brasshouse
Phoebe had some of her puffs and vegetable sticks while waiting for her lunch which was fish, mash and beans! She had half a fish I couldn’t of been prouder!
We had bbq chicken with curly fries 💁🏼♀️👌🏼 yum!
After we finished up we headed to the arcade for a hour as me and my other half used to go there all the time when we went to Bournemouth. We took phoebe out the pram and I carried her round so she could play 😂 and see all the cool lights and games!
Think we won over 3000 tickets👏🏼
We didn’t get anything behind the counter as it was all naff and has been for few weeks now. We have 11,800 points to spend 👏🏼 so might as well save it for something nice.
We got the 5.20 bus home. She slept for half hour woke up had a bottle on the bus then back down to sleep got home around 7ish.
I was so worried she wouldn’t sleep for bed time 🙄
Managed to get home change her and get her pjs on and have another bottle, little roll alright then she was knackered and wanted to sleep🙌🏼
She went down at 8 didn’t wake till 5👌🏼
So nice to have family days out makes me realise how lucky I am.
